How Mr Taste was born

Hi, I’m Francesco and a few years ago I decided to create, with the help of few wine experts, Mr Taste.   I have always been a curious person and a true wine lover, but that doesn’t make me an expert in the wine field!   At a certain point I began to think that not all wine lovers like me aspire to become a sommelier but everyone can learn how to drink consciously.

Our project is born from our deep connection with our homeland A majestic island in the Mediterranean, Sicily is without a doubt a singular and surprising land that encompasses many souls, all different and all to be discovered. Its diversity also extends to wine production. Its more than 107,000 hectares of vineyards make it an extremely prolific land that hosts 25 DOC wines.
